Cheese day

More on the process of making the cheese: The milk sits all day in the pot until it reaches a gel like consistancy. Then you cut the "curd" and strain it out into a cloth to drain out all the Whey

Over night all the whey drains out and you then add salt and other ingredients to tast and mold it if you like. This is like farmer cheese.
